Work from home options given also for the same all arrangements made. Every month the Salary was credited without any distribution. The company policy was very in safe mode.

The reason of non settlement is the channel partners didn't pay the dues - there are few staffs in the organization still in payroll with salary cut. If I also retained like that I would have collected the dues and then left the company ) ....

Salary part but quitting due to office politics and hire and fire culture future is unstable, manager are dictators

Managers are dictators, always want you to bow down in front of them and always personal with you, and takes everything to their ego, mentioning first latter of horrible Manager starting with M AND F if planning to go there so please beware and find somewhere no matter it is less than what you expected

...nagement will never help you out on any situation only giving you fake comments. They will deduct your salary instant if you make any mistake in your work or you received any debit memo from airline even if there is no error from your side. Managers here doing nothing only attending meetings. 6 days working and frequently doing townhall which does not add any value in employee carrier.
