My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...spond to any mails and contact if you are in need of any help in pf,letters etc.First company I saw that didn't give appointment letter and salary structure on joining ,and afterwards you have to plead.My life destroted as I joined that just by considering name,no humanity.Job role is also not fixed may be they recruit u as head then say you have to work as shift incharge.

Job Security is Good and Seniors are cooperative. You will get Job here usually through Referenece. Timing is Good and Strict and Employees are not forced to overstay.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have fact that I am a part of a team that's reliable,high quality products and and has a global client base . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds ,and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent ,but grout is slow.The work pressure is very high .sometimes. I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value an individual's,unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also,there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes
