Nice building

Dislikes

Do not recommend FCB Kinnect to anyone. I joined this place as a copywriter. If you're looking for peaceful work life, steer clear of FCB Kinnect. There is relentless micromanagement from seniors, zero constructive feedback, and absolutely no accountability. The moment something goes wrong, seniors are quick to point fingers but take take no responsibility. And account managers swarm over a single post copy like vultures. If you are unwell and you refuse to work, they will escalate the issue instead of fixing their own mess.

Good Office.

Dislikes

-Trainees are treated poorly. -No induction for trainees or employees at lower level. -Trainees are underpaid and overworked. -Trainee period is always extended by a month. No job guarantee even after the extension. -Normalised extended working hours (over the compulsory 9 working hours) and working weekends & holidays. -Condescending top management. -For them, staying late till night is a sign of good work. -Toxic work culture hidden behind the over-glorified agency life.

Honestly speaking, in the last 7 months , there has been nothing at all to like about the company and also work environment is terrible.

Almost everything. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to join the company. No management control, no work life balance, high attrition rate, no hiring, decreasing rate of people wanting to join the company, non accountable team leads, extremely chaotic

I got to learn about and handling pressure on tight schedule. And also got to work on brilliant campaigns for brands like Amazon, Fashion, fresh and HDFC Bank

The Culture.

Worst team management ever. People will make personal remarks on you and no one will ever take actions against that. It’s all about favouritism and nothing about actual work. If you want your mental health to be ruined then join this place.
