...rns and make them work too much. This one time they asked to work till midnight. Gave 6k rupee salary. It didnt matter how hard i worked for them. After so many requests, i didnt get salary increment. With this 6k salary i also had to train new engineers who also always called my on my personal phone for little issues, while also handling arrogant users which put in negativity in my mind and later made mistakes ive never made. These companies always find a way to under pay their employees. Wouldn't recommend. Protip, always check companys background before joining in, not how big the company is.

I like the employee culture here, it isn't toxic. Yes, favouritsm exits but if you can find opportunities on your own you can grow. Good clients in mainline team but not very much in digital.

Digital creative team could be better, however mainline creative still does good work.

Add to the last answer, it is very imp to click with the right people.. you might be super creative but if you ideas dont click with the right people you will be just non portfolio worthy work.. Also dont expect any crazy creative ideas to fly.. form that you go to an Ogilvy

I really respect and appreciate FCB Interface. It is one of the most organized advertising agencies that I have worked with/heard of.

We always go an extra mile to delight our clients and brand (which is good!) but in doing so, we end up stretching ourselves way too much and are hence over worked sometimes!
