...r. You have to work 12-15 hrs minimum otherwise they will doubt on efficiency. There is no extra pay for extra work. No travelling opportunity for people.this opportunity is only for their favourite people. Canteen food is horrible. they compulsory cut the money for canteen if you want to eat it or not. Works were going smoothly in covid as they started WFH but in covid they started office because of them so many people were infected.

No Work Life balance everyday need to extend for daily task. Compensation and salary is too low and management not willing to spend money on Employee benefits. Food is worst in Canteen.

Employee can get new challanges, new learnings, improvement in leadership at every new programs.

...ace management politics and many management policies are not in employees fever. Salary is good, but career growth seems slow.

Good amount of learning material available. U will get chance to work on large products of automobiles like complete IP, DP and CC. You will be able to learn new technologies in industry.

Very poor work life balance for design people. All year you will have to work beyond 12-13 hours yet when appraisal comes compensation is not at par as per the work or effort given by you

- healthy work culture - seniors and mentors willing to teach and support as needed - leaves are approved easily - good appraisals if performance has been good (depends on market)

- poor salary - some teams work outside of work hours depends on the manager and sometimes is unavoidable - not much exposure to testing and product
