New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Fateh education..Hyderabad,one of the best consultants in Hyderabad. Firstly I got refused for Usa..then I thought to change my direction and decide swift my study abroad plans from USA to Ireland..while I was searching for best consultants in hyd for Ireland process.i found Fateh education from a yt influencer,then I got touch with the team (Tulasi mam)she was very supportive and very encouraging.They will take care of entire process write from scratch with admission finance documents everything. They stand top on visa approval today ,I strongly recommend Fateh education and on a note the process is totally free.The Fateh team is very supportive on special note Tulasi mam. Thank you

I was able to make gud frnds and some gud hearted ppl apart from that ntg much to say about the office or the management

No comments simply waste, ntg is gonna happen just by giving the review. I cross my heart as i had worked there ppl who really wanna work and looking for growth try different companies except this place.

They do not trust or respect your skills. Only respect tenure. They won't be grateful even if you create an entire new platform for you in the times of need.. Highly gullible owners, won't even check facts before blaming you, will just trust the tenured employees or aged ones... Do not join if u r in ur 20s Or 30s...will be humiliated every day.
