The working culture is overall good ,depends upon projects ,i have find my peers very supportive and yet it is work environment as i said based upon projects,,"no project no work" thats it.

Dislikes

If i say frankly then the management team is worst plus the finance team , i never got the salary on time plus the HR is so horrible in managing with the employees payslips not a stable amount ,plus the project manager is not good at all ,if the project manager Naveen and the HR Balram is out then this company will be in good hands.

HR Mr. Balaram is the Worst resource in the Fastlane. he doesn't know how to respect the engineer and moreover he will change the company policy as per the need... He is good for the supermarket or roadside business job not for the IT industry. better to throw that HR and hire a new Resource to perform well to the Company.

Dislikes

Management needs to relook into the tech skillset team to handle the projects. Management people should not hire a reference engineer to continue the service.

There is no job guarantee in Fastlane Information Technologies. Because its happened to me. No value for Talented peoples. Who works according to management that person will get appraisal otherwise no use to work here.

This company is good and working general shifts ,I gain more knowledge as any doubt I am asking my seniors and my colleagues come from various places,environment is very good.i am working in this company very happy.

HR policies and im worked with 3companies, but they are not giving apprasial correct, worst fellow jagadish he dont know how to write code, always scolding others, hr Balaram, he dont know how to talk with Colleagues. he changed hr polices they requirement. Worst company dont Join
