Company higher authorities specially the Director not allowing for Work from Home despite work managed quite smoothly from home. Company office really not par with other tech giants or even startups. Just basic cubicle and small cafeteria. Won't feel like staying in office for even an extra minute. Also no perks like relocation reimbursement, cab for females, etc. No option for WFH until corona makes it mandatory
