The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was one of the most reputed company. All my teammates were awesome they were been friendly and even my salary was good and i had learned many new things which helps my future career and work environment was superb we had all the facilities

No respect for skills, lot of politics and a official on higher post working as head admin ruin the company and always blaming the staff who ever is coming under him just for his personal benefits.
