I like FAST because all of my QC Managers these Mr. Pedro or Mr. David Magaz appreciate good work and always support your opinion. He did appreciate me because I took NCRs very seriously and push to Construction department to focus mostly on Quality as well as Production, During weekly meetings he showed to all QC team my Quality Observation report which I shared with him on daily basis and he always mention, I just not highlight Quality issues I help Constriction to close each Observation with mentioning Closures comments.

Dislikes

My Department managers send many appraisals to HR department but no any Salary increment consider by them.

Likes

no work pressure, all will be equal on work you need to do your work nobody will pinch u , if not u will be fired directly.

Dislikes

They will give preference only to Spanish people as it is their mother company, no value for engineers all are same in case of Spanish people only.
