...working culture.No job security.On appraisals they provide 2% hike to employees.Only salary no benefits.In diwali bonus will be a blanket/cutlery set.Discrimination between senior and junior employees.No appreciation of good work but will definitely insult if some tasks will be missed by the employee or done some errors on tasks and that too will not be confidential,they will harass employees in public and abuse if you try to interrupt/ correct to what they are saying.Collegues are not allowed to talk if seen chating then be ready for the warning letter.If you leave the company they will hold your certificates and fnf amount until unexpected time and harass employees if asked for the same.Asks employees to work until extended time and also for their personal needs like if office boy is absent then you might have to go bring tea for all employees also might have to go to bring their daily grocery from market.This is the worst company and pity on those who are still working in this company(actually right term will be DHABA)with such hardships just to run their home or support their family.

everything, whether you talk about their training, their culture, work ethics, or salary structure. everything is more than worst. You will be liked till you are working as per their instruction, if they say sit then sit they say stand then stand. I have been to worst, I have worked till 8 or 9 pm at night sometime and the best part, you will not be paid extra for that. The salary what should I say about salary now, It was like nothing compared to other companies not even 1%. Once you get out of there then you will get to know what have you lost. Behind all these nuisances there comes only one term "MANAGEMENT", worst to worst.

All thinks but hr manager and owner of the company is not good they both are trying to come in my personal life and the shift hours are more then 12 hours shift. Please any one not getting in job and thinking too go in this informal company please go for the PPC/ content writer not other profile

Such good-for-nothing enterprises need to be shut down and penalized. Total waste of time. Zero job satisfaction. Dubious owner and trickster HR. Pathetic.
