Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. If you're an Outsider, honestly don't apply. I was thrown out in 3 months without a proper notice or any compensation whatsoever. I had to move out and given the company laid us off at the worst time, I'm still struggling. Not suggested.

If you don't have any option, seat home but don't join . U r definately gonna regret this. No management. Policy changes according to emplyer's mood. You need to feel that u don't know anything everyday. No professionalism Not at all employee friendly No employee interested activity
