Management are not familiar. Salary deduction out of contract first two months. No kitchen for making food, low category pay canteen or expensive hotels is last choice of food. No yearly bonus like others company.

Dislikes

Fooding is big issue for me. Hotel or pay canteen food are oily or not good in test. End of the day if food not satisfy then nothing is satisfied.

...as a clean cafeteria including office girls and boys who serve u at each moment. The salary is not been delayed.

The only thing I disliked that it was very far from my house 😅

1. Limited flexibility in terms of remote work options. 2. High workload and occasional pressure due to demanding tasks. Limited opportunities for career advancement within certain roles.

Likes

Farnek is really a good Facility Management company. We have scope of learning and can improve our Technical skills. I enjoyed all facilities provided by the company during my time in Farnek.

Staff Accommodation management not good.

No support from Farnek .. Instead the Management was chasing employees for sales results and targets when pandemic fear was very high

Employee review is very poor .. They are not sure what their employees do
