Having been with FAI for over 2 years now, I can sincerely say that my experience has been incredibly positive. The work life balance here is commendable. which is a testament to the company's understanding and respect for personal time and well-being. The mentors within the organization are exceptionally supportive, guiding me though my journey especially since I embarked on my career here after a long break. It's a forward-thinking company and the opportunities for learning and personal growth are immense providing not just a job but a platform to enhance skills and knowledge continuously. Watching FAI evolve in the right direction since its start has been inspiring and looking forward to contributing more to its future success.

Finding a balance to the change understanding that it is a fast growing start up and ensuring open communication would be ideal.

The company's innovative projects, culture, leadership/management team's transparency and involvement with the employees, frequent team outings, employee benefits, organization structure and flexibility makes FarmwiseAI an excellent workplace.

At FarmwiseAI, my experience has been positive. the bosses are clear about what they expect and always ready to guide us. During reviews, they focus on what we did well and where we can improve which helps a lot. they make sure to recognize our hard work, which makes me feel valued. It's motivating to see your efforts noticed and rewarded. they also talk about ways to grow and learn in our roles. overall it's a supportive place where I'm happy to work and grow.
