...n paper only. They will do mental torcher to you more when you are leaving....HR always ready to cut your salary ..but if you work more no overtime will be given to you...please dont apply to this company .instead of work as labor you will get some respect for your work... .

All dislikes ..Salary, Policy, Canteen (Just for name you have to bring your own food), Toilets pathetic , Timing (Entry if 5 Min late half day and if you stay for work for 3 hr no overtime ), System , Hygiene, HODS, Plant head (Does not no any system )

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of the team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has global client base.As a result,I get to travel abroad, especially to the Russia.But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location I also like the employee re-hire policy here

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,i haveto eork 14-28 hours straight in adays as i have ti attend client call in the eveningand sometime late in to the night.

...as father,son, brother, Neptune, and uncle, so thise reletive person is not for any rules, but other employees following rules, For salary deduction, leave deduction and give the without pay leave, other plants transfer, without any reason, Relative peson vehicle stay facility provide but other employees not provided ,

Canteen & Bus facility Salary average between 7-10 of every month although with irrelevant baseless deductions as penalties

Join only if you have no self respect, ambition, not career focused, want to waste your skills, knowledge and time. Your experience will go waste in dustbin when you are treated disrespected like freshers, no value of human beings and humanity factor missing with no feelings or basic understanding. Autocratic based ruling like company with baseless points and pathetic decision-making, go only if you wish to work with unprofessional people & company with stupid politics, pathetic work culture. Rules are worst than schools, no growth factor, no opportunities are given to perform or excel in your role and no proper hierarchy followed. only favouritism and partiality promoted organisation.
