Worst experience I had worked in this company no promotion and no increment for experience employee every thing here politics management there is no equality for all employee you have to work under pressure and senior higher level employee won't be work and they getting higher salary and other benefits also strick timing 9 to 5:45pm Monday to Saturday

Top management ill treat employees and think we are slave of them (not sure of other departments but in mine it happened). Our HOD asked us to work after working hours a day without any over time amount paid even our managers were forced it's company culture and when things were normal to keep us busy and increase pressure unnecessarily. So in short top management doesn't want employees to live happily - Top management is taken care by idiots who have 0 knowledge about that particular vertical like in my case HOD had 0 experience having no prior knowledge and rest is history. Our managers were also sick of him they tried to explain why what he expects can't be achieved but all went into vein. ** So if you join Farida be prepared to deal with such idiots all sensible arguments for them has no value. No job security, carrier growth, low wealth and terrible work culture , lots of politics inside organization back button, worst company policies
