My Manager was actually very much supportive and he is only the person who can teach you possitive thinga in this company. Rest employees are only focusing on internal politics to take more credits. Rest work culture is too much worst

There is nothing like professionalism All are busy in their politics Nobody can't help you in your downtime Work life balance is not good No job security If any employee getting 1 mnt 2 mnt etc getting late to punch the attendance then your 1 hr ,2 hr etc accordingly salary would be deduct from your monthly salary. In the working hrs. there is no break except lunch. There is no cafe & sitting or waiting room There is less chairs for employess In short this company is only focusing on their revenue not on their employess.

No Ethical Working. No proper Testing of samples Cooperate Politics at Highest No employees oriented . No payment for extra hours Management takes no responsibility No Medical I've No grudges for this company.But I believe Cooperate must set example for Good work culture. If you're Fresher ,Don't get any opportunity then only think to join this company for experience. Hope this gave you little insight about the company.

Its a small and strong eco system with a blend of good and bad people. Overall its a nice place.

Very old minded leadership. No work life balanace. Workoholic people. Sometimes just spend extra hours to score.
