some good employees get influence by a few bad employees, rumors, politics and go against company and leave the company. I personally know some of them, they are regretting now after leaving a good company!

Each and every HR policy is the worst. Being HR only we are given work of other non related department and zero work life balance, Leave policy is worst, attendance policy ( entry time is fixed but if we exit at the leaving time we need to hear from management) is worst, no job security,full no management involvement in each hierarchy. Even they make female staff overstay till late. Zero rating for the company.

HR persons do not give any decision without asking management. They disturb management for every small small decisions.
