...yees even in recession They are quite the top selling product in their field of domain Now after the change of management the salary is increased even to a fresher There are so many leaves and even compulsory one week leave as per company policy

Bad work life management even at night customers will call you and you have to handle it Also you have to travel to all the places the company requires to They had a bad policy of sending north Indians to south India and South Indians to north India for 4 to 5 years even though they have 22 to 24 offices all throughout India Management is crap admin is very very crap Moral policing , micro management, shouting and bad mouthing along with really bad internal politics

...e best company in my career. They didn't remove any staff during covid pendamic. No pay cut Give good hike in salary even after loss in business. Always care for their employees. They care for support staff also.

Good work environment Vmc and Cnc machine maintenance teammates are supportive and the management company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Properly not responsible salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Worst interview experience. 3 Rounds and manual hand written application with your full data (personal, education, work and employment, current salary structure) all are hand written. But no response after all these rounds. Interviews are just for FUN for FANUC

North south politics, Too much performance pressure Promotion is only for South people. They hire likewise people who can polish perfect. Top mgmt people like the people who l*ck. I will Not suggest for good people who wants to do work only Great for tamilian.
