My experience with Family Star was a really good one. I had worked on multiple projects under different clients and consultants. This gave me first-hand experience on how to tackle various construction issues that arose on-site in an effective, efficient, and timely manner. Another plus point is the collaboration of the teammates (both site and office) and the management helped in resolving the issues at the site really fast. Overall, it cultivates a good workplace culture.

Dislikes

There has been no support from the Projects Director. He was not able to guide the project team properly and his duties were performed by the project managers and the project team of each project. He was very disrespectful to his juniors and he had talked very badly with us. But other than that, everyone was very helpful and understanding.

Literally everything in this company is in a mess.

Such a terrible company who give zero value it's employees morale.Consider yourself lucky if you get timely salaries.HR department and it's head is the worst you can ever come across.Its a star company only for the family who owns it's; just as if it's name suggests.Even if it's the last available job in the world, please say no it otherwise be ready to suffer.

good working environment with supportive teammates with great coordination within all levels. working here helped me gain a lot of experience with continuous and collaborative interactions with the client and consultant and the team. procurement of materials is very well coordinated with the timely delivery of materials on site.

Dislikes

The time frame to work on is tedious. career growth is slow and fewer projects to work on. There is no proper coordination for MEP activities by the mep manager and the supervisors.
