Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I just liked here that the company gave me work from home in my emergency.

Dislikes

I am very disappointed I worked here 1 year but my incentive was not given to me. When I mail, the admin (Sai Teja) gets angry and says that the payout has not come yet. It is not possible that has not received any payout for 1 year. The company has no intention of giving incentives.
