They want employees working for free they want any reason to deduct your salary i worked 3 month but i received 1.5 month salary. There company owner have a biggest choorrrr. So I recommend free rhna acha hai assi company main kaam krne se.

Work life balance is ok.

Dislikes

Worst Management with worst HR. SALARY is not given on time asked until you get your salary they hold for 20 days. Lot of politics in office which restrain good working people to work. They don't have remaining salary if you leave company. Boss only hear HR that's why any new employee do not work for more than 3 to 4 months.

I worked in falcon 18 for 11 months I learned the things about freight forwarding About management is its a terrible management not a proper JD , they don't decide what work is for what profile they never pay salary on time that's also in cash salry timing are 15 to 25 or nxt month. They don't give incentives at all if you don't ask HR will not give the joining documents until you ask again again , No HR induction all they have always hiring firing in 11 months I have seen around 10 firing No job security at all
