Indian, Gurgaon office Country head does not confirm even after completing probabtion period as per law, and if an employee wants to leave right after 1 month from date of joining during his probation period they hold the salary of that person until he completes his notice period of 2 months.

There is nothing to like about the company or culture. Leaders are worst no empathy. They cannot stand for themselves or for others. Ashish is worst leader ever met. He hires and later keep firing

Extremely amazing tech stack, you get to work on fazil and tottus (if you're in backend) which are popular in chile and peru. You get first hand experience in large scale distributed systems and get to work with amazing people! There is no attendance rule here, you can log off early if you have no task left :D

In my opinion, the company is an excellent place to work with a focus on work-life balance, a supportive team, and a good learning curve. I appreciate the opportunities for growth and development, as well as the competitive hikes. Overall, my experience at the company has been positive, and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such a great team.
