I observed that the HR department lacked a structured and professional approach in handling employee concerns, which affected communication and support for the staff. No option for work from home or hybrid. In QA department, management practices that I felt were not aligned with fair and ethical leadership. The QA manager demonstrated favoritism, which impacted team collaboration and performance evaluations.

Please don't work here as clinical applications coordinator...They will not teach you..if you read by your own, still they wont appreciate or do anything under this post.. I would recommend a girl under this post only a girl can survive under clinical applications coordinator post.. Because I worked here under this post.....
