Well, if you are here to grow as a content writer, then be happy that you won't no matter what. They don't have a content dedicated team. So they don't understand what a content is. Not their fault. Free coffee and chai. Hot laddkiyan Lddke b hot hain... Head of digital marketing janak sir is kind hearted. Aur kuch toh yaad nhi,... ha you might get opportunity to write copies and blogs for some decent clients.

... one respects the founder and call him by name. No guts to reply to your email..if you ask for justification on salary deduction. HR teams and founder is #ucked up overall. The company will never be able to retain employees. Salary is never on time. Will hold your salary if you are on leave to retain you. They can kick you for personal reasons. I resigned before anything, be very careful they will call you from some other state or city and will make you donkey there.

Sub kuch khrab h yha jhuthe log h.. HR bhi naam ki h jhuthi h khud ki commitment puri nhi kr pate employees ki salary cut krke, unko experience letter na k amir ho jayenge.. They are playing with employees future No job security, they can kick out employee without any explanation or reason when they found better option..

I worked here for 1 year and 5 months and during my tenure, i learnt lots of new skills, techniques, they gave me the Opportunity to work on different types of Contents.
