Know HR is telling put your resignation and I will give you your payslip...HR already removed 26 employees from fair debt , what about our salary ? still the case is going on every month we have to go Police Station ECPS and aslo court..I know very well no one can understand our situation,😭

For this office we got arrested 26 people..but they didn't salander....now we r jobless no one gives us a job..

top management is Good, they organise various occasional events , but few TL are very bad at their work, they treat their team member like slave or bonded labour just to get good grade in manager view and good incentives.

...not care about the physical health or mental health of me or any other employee. She constantly pressured us to achieve all the targets and generate more revenue, which made some employees resort to unlawful methods like scolding or threatening the clients for the payment collection. This kind of TL is detrimental for both the company and the employees. Some of the issues that I faced and witnessed were: Daily suffering of female employees for SL and EL. Even if we had leave left, this company did not grant it and marked it as LOP (loss of pay). Scolding and forcing of unwell employees to come to the office. The TL did not show any empathy or compassion for our health and well-being. Frustration with TL who did not listen or understand anything I explained to her. She was always rude and dismissive of our concerns and suggestions. Many RBI complaints from clients against TL’s team. The clients were unhappy with the way they were treated and reported us to the authorities. Toxic work culture and poor customer service due to frustration. The TL created a negative and stressful environment that affected our morale and performance. I have worked in many organizations but never encountered such a toxic TL like her. She always got on our nerves and made us feel miserable. I would strongly advise female employees to avoid this company and look for better opportunities elsewhere.

In my 6 years of experience, I really understood and learnt so many things as what I need to learn for my carrier growth.I got doubt promotion in between 2 years. It's really good for fresher and as well as experience people to build their's carrier in a good and professional way.i will suggest everyone to join with us and get a good and safe job life.

I strongly advise against doing business with Fairdebt. The company's mistreatment of its employees is a major red flag. Reports of poor working conditions, including a lack of basic amenities like breakfast and lunch breaks, indicate a toxic work environment. It's disheartening to hear that pregnant employees are also subjected to this mistreatment. As a society, we should not tolerate such blatant disregard for human rights in the workplace. I urge authorities to investigate Fairdebt's practices and take necessary action. Until then, I recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Daily extended time for logout too much pressure give by management office environment is like a school time to time say on bach to performance and giving all executive threating
