Work Environment is terribly poor. Managing Director's behavior towards employee is extremely horrible. No Human Resource. Unprofessional work culture. No automation, No one knows whats happening. Despite having many branches no one knows how many employees work in the company. Employee flee away with company money. Top bosses always under pressure of MD. No vision. No mission. What else is left to say.

Working n fairdeal cars p Ltd was a fearful experience, owner of the co is not a kind n helping person, always put Pressure on emplyee so can not work in freely atmosphere, no any beneficial package for employees, they left job with empty hand.

Dislikes

There r no perks for wellbeing for the emloyee, co rules shoud be follow up management always give apessure that if the employees will left the job then they will be in trouble to get job in other organization as I m facing right now.
