The company continues to operate with a startup mindset even after a decade, which impacts its long-term growth and stability. Leadership, including the CEO, VP, and HR Director, would benefit from stronger strategic direction and a more structured approach to management. A key concern is the imbalance in hiring, where managerial roles are prioritized over technical expertise. This leads to challenges in execution and, during budget cuts, often results in layoffs affecting technical teams rather than addressing inefficiencies at the leadership level. Looks like the future of the company is unpredictable cuz it depends on one person's decisions.

Factspan is a company with poor management and questionable practice.After giving campus offers they revoked offers easily without any reason. Many freshers and experience persons are on bench including me.If you value tranparency this is not a place for you to work.

Work cultue is toxic and untrustworthy.The HR team is very rude and play with carrer of students in campus by revoking offers .

Don't join this company it's fake. They easily revoke offer after rolling out them . Requesting to fresh graduates don't sit for placement if visiting to your campus. Very bad bond policies.

I dont like anything about factspan. very bad company with office politics. Shifting to projects . Not having good projects. My teammates are on bench. dont join this company. Also revoking campus offers.
