Salary No flexibility regarding work we need to show 8hrs production and they will hire for one process and along with they give multiple trainings for other process as well and it's difficult to manage and will not get the work satisfaction

Everything thing in here is a disaster, salary, hike, Growth, knowledge, challenging environment nothing to learn much, and your experience never works in other organisations.

Standard work timings. Won't stress employees for overtime. For every extra one hour,there is over time allowance. Best cab facility. Women secured.

No night shift allowance. Very less hikes & internal promotions. Less pay.

...imum employee welfare schemes,not even proper insurance is provided to employee.Harsh truth is that they never care about their employee welfare in salary hikes or promotion which are negligible or not at all.
