... credentials, before my joining 2 death cases were there in HCCB Telangana site. HR team is very bad, they don't pick call & every month late salary issues. Department manager & GM are totally corrupted, take bribes from contractor to pass the bills

...otally rude for North Indians. Partiality between Northerns & Southerns on site. Promotion & salary hike is only for South Indians, north people only do work here. Still you want to join then please take everything in written like leave plan, policy, insurance, salary hike & promotion.

1. Salary on 10th of every month. 2. Provided bachelor accomodation, transportation and cook for site team at some sites.

Dislikes

...hedule. 3. No work life balance. 4. Seems no rule and regulations for employees. Company knows very how to debit salary. 5. Top management even MD not honouring their commitment. 6. After project completion HR asked to resign. 7. Company treats employees as daily vages labour. 8. If you will be transfer to other site your all the comp and other benefits laps. If you raised this issue to top level no body will responce.

Salary is on time, but Expense isn't on time.

Management attitude level, Not having any policies , Work time is not consider They were not given any complementary off on holiday work, They did not carrier for employees they need only work. The work culture is very terrible.

No Job security. Management is good though. Company policies are Not employee centric.

Dislikes

Company can revise salary whenever they like.... (on a down side). There is no skill development or training for employees. Career growth is slow. Not good for people looking for Job stability.
