No structure Literally they judge an new employee way too fast. Petty politics No training but expect people to be expert in the product. Evaluation is not done on the role but it is done on how well you can butter senior folks. Even if one judges you wrongly you will be fired in next few months without any change to change it. Hiring is not to fire employee, please learn to have a culture and train the skilled employees they will surely bring lot of success. Very high micro management even though they will say they do not do it.

They will take you as a full time but you will be working with 16k per month stipend until you are officially converted into full time and their is no proper training,they will leave you to learn as fast as possible their is no formal training,you have to seek others to learn and these all depends on how you can convince your seniors to teach you,the working hours is very unconventional. You might see people get good salaries their but to reach upto their stage you have to work like anything and whatever you build you skills in this company those skills is no way helpful in switching your job except for marketing and developers roles. The effort that you will put to turn into a full time is way more than cracking a government job exam .
