...rception , as he often seems to project his own shortcomings onto the employees. Timely compensation is rarity, you can forget about getting paid on time. Instead of focusing on growth and direction of the business ,the CEO seems more preoccupied with office gossip. Despite the team need for experienced leadership,there's reluctance to hire senior employees, even the workforce (hardly 9 people composed of all interns).

...hi h offf.founder ki baat na mano toh company se nikal deta h bina koi reason k.nah salary time se aati h kabhi .off lene pr bhi rote hai ye log.or paise katne k reasons dundhte h bs

They will never give salary on time and if you're intern forget about the internship letter and if you r on notice period forgot your three months salary. They will never give the experience letters also.

Ceo is the egoistic person, always think that a employee can do a work in 1 hour if the employer take more than 1 hour so they delays your salary. If any person going for interview so i suggested you asked them why you should hire me

Employees are good but the CEO is hell of a person. Everytime just praises himself that I have done this, I have done that, but realty is something else, you will never get your salary on time and will never get your full salary either. Office timing is 9-6:30 (only on papers, never followed). Reporting time in the morning is 9 am, if you come even at 9:01 am it will be marked half day for you, but the leave time is never 6:30. You will be forced to stay in the office till 9 pm sometimes 11 pm also. Suggest not to join this company if you want to grow in your career or want some work-life balance or want some peace in your life

I personally feel it's a great place to work especially if you're starting your career in PPC in digital marketing. Fabulous Media has many popular brands across various sectors that will give you the desired exposure, I learned a lot about the digital space specifically "search". The team leads and other teammates are supportive and they surely contributed to my learning curve!
