...good enough to keep Byjus alive then how can Fabrico be run on those strategies? Shame to these people who promise that "AFTER 3 MONTH YOU WILL HAVE A SALARY HIKE AND A POSITION HIKE TOO" but never deliver their words. Over all this is a fraud company who not only provides disgusting service but also has no regards for its internal stakeholders that is their employees. Such organisations should shut down immediately.

Nothing would be a smaller word for these people, they are degraded to there very existence. Fake Fake Fake Fraud Fraud Fraud. Investors are being conned here, people who are investing only becouse of fake promises are gona be in big trouble.

Honest Review of Fabrico Cleaning Solutions I had a disappointing experience working at Fabrico Cleaning Solutions. Here’s why: 1. Salary Delays – Salaries are delayed by at least a month, causing financial strain on employees. 2. False Promises – During the interview, management makes big commitments, but they rarely deliver on them. 3. Toxic Work Culture – The leadership, especially the upper management, treats employees poorly. The founder, Bhupinder Pratap Singh, blindly trusts his top management while disregarding the operations and customer support teams. He openly disrespects employees, using offensive language and blaming everyone else for failures. His only priority is his personal benefits and holidays, while employees are overworked and undervalued. 4. No HR Department or HR Portal – There is no proper HR system in place. Employees have no official channel to raise concerns, making workplace issues even worse. 5. Unfair Hiring & Firing – Employees are hired and fired at management’s convenience, with no clear policies or job security. 6. Excessive Work Hours – The operations team is asked to work for 11 hours but is forced to stay for 13-14 hours with no proper justification or compensation. 7. Operational Failures – They claim to deliver in 72 hours but often take 10 days. Customers and employees are left frustrated due to poor execution. 8. Lack of Employee Welfare – Management prioritizes personal benefits over employee well-being, ignoring staff concerns and holiday requests. Final Verdict Fabrico Cleaning Solutions is an unprofessional and exploitative workplace. If you're considering working here, think twice.
