HR khud ko owner samjhti hai kabhi bhi salary time pe nahi dete. Tanuja and Jitendra have affairs. HR and Tanuja are deducting salary like wo khud ka commision lete ho. Sunil khud hi purchase aur labur ka commision leta hai, Sab employee paresaan hai is company me. both directors half mind hain.

Very poor management. Both MD jeetender and tanuja is mental peace. No personal life in this company. In dono Sare meeting and work after 6 PM or Sunday ko yad ate ha. Inke kuda ki to personal life ha nahi to sochte ha kisi or ki v nahi ha.

...e Ek jija v kam karte ha Mr. Shabad ji jisko to jitender bitha kar pasa date ha. Avi o 4 months ki chutti par tha ghar bheta kar salary di ha. No SOP in this company. Sare uneducated employees bhar rakha ha plant ha. Jo factory manager ha o khud hi 8th pass ha to app log samaj sakte ha ki factory kase chalta hoga. Production manager ki qualification 10th pass ha and QC head 8th pass v nahi ha. QC and factory manager ko excell tak v chalana nahi ata junior bande sa puchte ha ki kase karu data entery

They will deduct employee salary and always said Fabricasto never deduct penny of employee And Tanuja pet dialogue aaj pani nahi diya i will deduct your salary. Site peh nahi gaye i will deduct your salary. Attedance mark nahi kari i will deduct your salary Meeting join nahi kari I will deduct your salary Aaj tum ghar nahi jahogeh agar yeah kaam nahi kiya.

Both the owners uses the trap to make innocent people trap easily. Hum yeah krege seating tou inke pass hai nahi har week inke plan change hote hai formats change hote hai khud ka stand koi hai nahi every vendors also knows that fraud hai dono cash meh kaam krte hai audit se 2 din pehla sara changes krte hai premium bane ke liye office jaaho random asliyat pata chalegi inki

Nothing to like working with fabricasto company it's totally useless working experience with this compnay.

...the all records in the pendrive. These people are tax evaders of the government. Not cutting and PF and ESI and giving all employees salary cash in hand and They can leave the company anytime without any notice to any employee when they have a marquee.

I have noticed that easy availability to owners occasionally undermines HR's authority, Impacting decision-making, and strengthening HR's Autonomy can uphold fairness and trust in the workplace. the employee should have cleared protocols not to meet directly with owners.
