There is nothing to like, worst company ever i have worked.

...ork for 10 to 12 hour on daily basis. No freedom to drive team and operations. Never ask for leave, your salary will get deduct if you take even paid leave. Worst part is there is no HR policies for warehouse team no leave and attendance portal/sheet. Only single leave in a month. SCM manager "Suyash chandk" is like a dictator for warehouse team never give space or freedom to the logistics team. Politics runs throughout the company.

Nothing to like about. A worthless company owned by a worthless woman (Ayushi Gudwani).

...ng mid-night as Ayushi never sleeps and do not believe in work-life balance. 6. Didn't get any hike on my pay during my 2 year tenure with FableStreet. Business growth and revenue benefits are for near and dear ones of Ayushi Gudwani and Latika Kapoor. 7. I lost 2 precious years of my professional career and financial growth. 8. Join at your own risk.

I have had an amazing experience working at Fablestreet. The leadership is supportive , transparent and genuinely cares about employee well being. The company offers great learning, opportunities, career advancement and a collaborative work environment. Work life balance is highly valued with flexible schedules and remote work options. FS is a fantastic place to work where employees empowered, motivated and appreciated.

FableStreet has a great team of people working here. People are very driven and approachable. Plus, working in an environment where everybody is hustling towards the same common objective is fun. If you have a learning mindset, there is ample opportunity to pick up new projects and learn on the go. It's a very fulfilling work environment.

Nothing to like. On first day of joining you will get negative vibes from people around and some kind of madeup things. The girls here specially in brand management team are so made up. They talk way more too girly than they look but on othet side are so toxic and does micro management. Toxix toxic toxic culture. You can only survive if your manager luck by chance is not toxic. Chaatna is prefered here and specially they prefer female .Some name's of toxic people here are Arushi kumar, Arushi Gulati, sruti, sakshi, Rimjhim, Vandana, Milan, Monika. The one who likes it is Adarsh. He likes to have female following and is very polite on your face. Don't join ever if they give you 100% increment on joining cz once you join you will think to leave in 4..5 days. Poor Management. Poor people
