Since it's a startup type company and fintech domain, you get exposed to many learnings.

Dislikes

No work life balance, unnecessary sheets to be filled, salary not on time, no appraisals, no benefits, no process to be followed, etc

Likes

You will get to learn good stack and technology. This is the only benifit which we can get in other companies too

Dislikes

No salary hike, bad atmosphere, zero work life balance,zero Job security, HR thinks the are the owener of the company, no appraisal in two years even if you work by heart for 11-13 hours daily. Very bad company guys

Likes

Good work environment culture. There is gaming area for chilling. It is good for new joinees to learn such different products.

Dislikes

There is no specific trainer to train the new joinees. There are lot of management and salary issues.

Third or we can say below third class HR Disha which is senior HR manager of fable fintech. Once you joined she will not receiving calls, not give propper responces to employees, Im so irritated with her. Not propper monthly salary on time, from dec2022. I m suggested please dont preferred this company.

We get to learn much about the technical stack, developers team is very helpful and work collaboratively to solve issues and do development work.

Dislikes

Despite of the hard work, TLs give poor ratings and demotivate in terms of work. put too much of pressure of work. Working hours and work life balance goes for a toss while working here.
