Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There is no P.F, Gratuity, Bonous, no leave can take, if i taken then for those days have to deduction from the salary wherever parmanent employee or temporary employee. All time commitment failed. Still i have not received my last year incentive amounts..which still pending.If any employee want to stop there job they will not send any mail for stop working. They are basically send stop work to any person through whatsapp a low grade person in the office. That may be done by an accountant. Thank you very much. I have ever never seen such like company in my lifetime.
