Salary packages for new comers and from other company employees are higher whereas same company employees receive lower than them even if we have more experience in the work.

Good work environment and culture. Every year bonus give good but, Salary scale is very bad.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Scheduled work, timely followup from Regional Chief Authority . Supportive Team .

Dislikes

There is lot of workload handling at tribal region , Had to handle District program with 2 engineers. There is only follow of workdone but no follow-up of traveling issues in Tribal areas.
