Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The wok pressure is very high.Some times, I have to work 9-10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late int the night.

Salary package is very poor.... i have 7 years 9 months work experience.and i worked in govt ISRO also i have Good experience and good knowledge and i completed BSC iT... they don't pay so much salary Due office Team and office Politics Triangle way... För freshers they will pay high salary but fresher need to be triangle fellow.....

The company is very best company . Company management , policies and work culture is also good. I have been working in this company for 5 years .I got to learn a lot in this company and this company readily adopts latest technology.

Company is very good but according to my work and post ,my salary is low . The company says that we will give you a chance to move forward but this does not happen. If the company needs a new team leader, we are not given a chance but are hired from outside.
