My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...ened to our MD he is saying company is in loss...they are not paying salaries...40% salary is paying to us...management is good...our reporting manager is not able to take decisions...policies are made by us..very bad situation..actually due to covid 2 ppl died in our office...you know those 2 ppl are worked in this company for 35 years..the company has not compensated single penny to them...so only I logged into your application...but you ppl hasn't tied with our anybody the industry's...5 years back what I was looking into your app..this day also same thing..sales executive..senior sales executive..iT jobs....routine things...think bigger.. think differently..there are still more industries..still more companies to work you ppl

One and only pillar of the company Mr. Amit Jha. Apart from him there is nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

The more I say the less it seems. The work culture in this company is horrible, you will not get recognition on the basis of your job and experience but how much you have the ability of buttering to few morons.There is a 0% job security even if you complete your assigned job.Directors are very expert in cost cutting by cutting their employees any day anytime. I recommend not to opt for this company as it is the best place to ruin your career and morale.
