The company is overall good...job security is no issues...since I am working in this company from 6 past years ...the company is in full profit..and this company is running from 35years...indent nonwhat happened to our MD he is saying company is in loss...they are not paying salaries...40% salary is paying to us ...management is good...our reporting manager is not able to take decisions...policies are made by us..very bad situation..actually due to covid 2 ppl died in our office...you know those 2 ppl are worked in this company for 35 years..the company has not compensated single penny to them...so only I logged into your application...but you ppl hasn't tied with our anybody the industry's...5 years back what I was looking into your app..this day also same thing..sales executive..senior sales executive..iT jobs....routine things...think bigger.. think differently..there are still more industries..still more companies to work you ppl...Read More

Nothing like this...actually the company is having experience candidates..that too if we work then they will get profit..in this covid situation they are paying 40% of salary...EMI should be paid...house rent...the company will never understand these...so only I am looking an change...
