I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Nothing to like about.

Dislikes

I'm completely fed up with the lack of work-life balance here. The CEO treat us like we're his personal property, constantly yelling at everyone. He calls all hours, day or night, as if he owns our time. To top it off, there's absolutely no job security-people are fired without any notice whatsoever.

Company has no work policy, no benefits of any kind, no medical allowance, no salary increment, no leaves for 1 year. The CEO treats you like his personal assistant. Will allot the work at any time of the day.. Even at 11 pm to 12 am. Company has no employee of permanent.
