Since the begining the management was going smooth and great environment. Now the working environment with the management is very bad.

The management, salary and even the rules is like being in an school.

You get to work on many technologies. Work timing is a bit tricky sometimes. Challenging tasks.

Dislikes

...t than staffs. No proper steady policy followed in Company (changes imminently). No steady policy and flexible in leave and salary structure. Poor training for new freshers. Fake promises.

Likes

Good exposure for beginners and Mid level engineers. Eynetech helped me to build a great technical knowledge that helped me crack interview with my dream company. You get many opportunities to learn. Mangers are friendly. Big office & all facilities are there.

Dislikes

No cab facility for night shift employees. Night shift incentive could have increased more.

There is no job security at all, But you can learn something new only if you have some interest on that particular technology.

Dislikes

There is no internal training, Employee need to acquire certifications, seeking new technology with own money. Management never help employee to acquire new certifications. Without any notice period employer fire employee also with out any valid reason. Internal politics is high. There is no benefits and facilities available from the company.

The best thing about Eynetech Services is the collegues. Teammates are friendly and always ready to help. Not fresher's Eynetech is the best place to start with. Management is good and tried to take a logical stand most of the time.

Dislikes

The weekend shifts sometimes can turn out to be hectic. It's 24/7 working so there are no outing or any external activities for employees. There are no transport facilities or food available for night shift employees
