1) 10hours shift is really painful but can be managed if we are getting a good salary as compared to the market.

They have not paid any kind of salary to any staff for the month of APR to June & July onwards even staffs are working full day but they have assured to pay half salary for next couple of months. This is completely irresponsible organization, despite of there is no dent on profitability, they are taking an advantage of COVID situation & have not been paying even salary to their staffs.

Staffs are working full day but they are paying only half salaries although that is also after 15th of every month,

They are not supporting me even They didn't pay my salary the month of April. Really very disappointed with them.... In fact They refused me to come on the job and till I'll be on leave without pay.

Nothing is to like here horrible HR department in this department you can't convey your issues because they will not listen to you as they have 2 things in your mind 1. We are helping you but in other phase like they laughed in your issues whatever situation it is they there own decisions. 2. No appraisal on time because this process will take time as per the Department manager. 3. No paperwork done in this department. They have a always last option APNA KAAM KISI SE BHI KRVA LOO😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

Direct working with promoter makes you learn few deeper things about business.

No work life balance, no job security, promoter wants to run organisation as a Lala Company, they don't appreciate innovative ideas.
