Everything I could say. Work culture is the worst. There is no work-life balance. Nothing more to be learned in terms of technology. If have an experience with an MNC company then never join Exxat. These people are hiring managers from call centers.

The likes about Exxat Systems is just that you are working in a corporate only.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not great. work from home is not allowed even in case of medical situation in the family. No promotion even after 2-3 years of working. No opportunities in terms of learning and growth at all.
