.... The culture is good and my managers are ready to hear my concerns or requests. Compensation and benefits were good compared to others.

Learning wise we (Customer Service) do not have much scope as it is always about CSAT.

Company only runs on internal politics. If you are too good with internal gossips & can butter really well you will be promoted in no time. Managers are greedy. Expect you to gift them expensive stuffs. Highly non professional managers. No skill set required to become one. HRs do not listen or act on the complaints. All employees are under paid.

I like the extreme culture and that is the only reason for me to stay with Extreme Networks.

Of-course, there is a lot of politics. After reorganization the complete work culture is collapsed and looks like hard to survive with the current management.

Taking layoff decision at covid time is very pathetic.. moved employees and their families on road. Might have wait for sometime to settle the covid situation so that employees can search jobs.

No support. Just layoffs randomly based on the whims and fancies of the director. No recognition for good work. All you need is to be in the good books of the director which doesn't need any talent.

They don't have ethics. Full politics and layoffs happen on the whim of director in chennai. If you need growth and good work AVOID
