- Compensation they are offering. - My Teammates were too good - Since you will be meeting many parents your personality and communication skills will grow. Rest it is a monotones job so there is no other skills you are going to develop, same calling and conduction.

...dustry. National Holiday, Festivals anything be ready to call and be on field. - There is some amount of money deducted from salary which has no record even in the salary slip. Complained a lot to Manager, Sr. Manager, HR yet no response. - No WiFi, No cafeteria, systems won't work, Office infrastructure is pathetic, Single occupancy small washroom. - No Team activities or outing

Only salary which is around 30,000 for entry level. There is no job security that's why you will always find job vacancies there. Work culture is not good. They don't care when employees go for counseling sessions and it minimum you come back hone at 10/11 pm. Specially for female worker they don't provide any facilities. You have to work on your responsibility because they only play with sales number.

Work life balance is terribly poor. Employees are treated as robo and if you achieve you goal you are a hero or otherwise u are a zero. Only sales matter to them not your efforts and in next target if you fail to achieve then even after your immediate success it won't get counted.

Salary on time. (But no time to spend it) Free lunch and snacks (but no time to have it) Enough leaves (but no permission to take it)

KRAs were not well defined. Micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Inter/intra team disputes. Depressing environment. Robotic responses. Frequent resignations from peers(avg 3 people per month per floor) Sudden changes in short term as well as long term goals. Pseudo emergencies.

No skill training no development No activities for employees, low salaries high revenue target, salary deduction on the basis of revenue no matter how hard you work, lower mental health, sudden laydown in every 2-3 years after generating revenues 250 convenience for travel around ncr for just 1 meeting

Its been almost 9 months as a ASM. Overall managers are good.. but few lazy managers are getting salary without working in field. They are cheating the company and getting full pay. Company have to monitor those cheaters. but company is fine. But u r under pressure. Overall support is 100% from senior managers. No politics and they are friendly.

Unwanted Pressure company expects too much business. but ground reality is totally different,. Sudden changes internally so its affecting your Pipeline leads. Have to enquire the reality with ground working Managers not only with Senior managers.
