Salary comes on 7th of every month. A lot of freshers are recruited that means you have a good time pass. You can take a lot of leaves and do WFH. Work timing is not strict. If you have good terms with your manager then you don't have to do any work. I just do nothing and still get a lot of awards and recognition. If you don't like an employee, then you can give him a lot of pressures like 35 Ques+Ans development in a day. You can enjoy his sufferings. You are free most of the time. You Just need to pretend you are working.

- Compensation they are offering. - My Teammates were too good - Since you will be meeting many parents your personality and communication skills will grow. Rest it is a monotones job so there is no other skills you are going to develop, same calling and conduction.

...dustry. National Holiday, Festivals anything be ready to call and be on field. - There is some amount of money deducted from salary which has no record even in the salary slip. Complained a lot to Manager, Sr. Manager, HR yet no response. - No WiFi, No cafeteria, systems won't work, Office infrastructure is pathetic, Single occupancy small washroom. - No Team activities or outing

My self gopinath r, employee ID : E10957 ,worst experience I have got in this management , you people are not given 2 months salary, in covid 19 time and not allowed me to work from March to October, no Job security in this management. Management refused to give me the salary, at that time I faced financial issues , not able to pay my house rent also , so my house owner kikked out from the house, I decided to leave my parents because of problems I have got from Extramarks education. Now company has asked me to rejoin in The company, I rejoined in in the company because still i have not got any job . I'm poor guy, still I'm facing financial issues. After rejoining I asked the management to increase my package at least 15% hike, but company refused to pay, now I'm working 12 hours per day, I'm not able to do my personnel works. Im not able to see humanity in this organisation. So decided to work only for this month after this month I will resign my job. Some times I decided to sucide also because of extra marks.

KRAs were not well defined. Micromanagement. Toxic work culture. Inter/intra team disputes. Depressing environment. Robotic responses. Frequent resignations from peers(avg 3 people per month per floor) Sudden changes in short term as well as long term goals. Pseudo emergencies.
