Without a doubt it is the ideal workplace for people who are focused on career and ambitious. I completed 2 years at Extio and gained a lot along the way. Working with the top leadership on a regular basis has been a privilege. They assigned me the responsibilities pretty early. My real growth started from that point. Manager was there to support and build confidence in me. Today am handling a team.

Dislikes

It becomes some time challenging when there is need to handle multiple projects same time, but you receive assistance from project leads.

- Every one is helpful and available for guidance - As business analyst I got opportunity to work along side development and QA team and got very good understanding of IT development process also - Management supports and encourages to explore and we are free to give our suggestions which management implements - Management takes initiatives and programs dedicated to women's professional growth and upliftment

Nothing really comes to mind. I think it is great place to work.

Likes

Opportunity to explore new technologies as all modern framework and stacks are used in development. Flexible working hours and management listens to ideas and allows to contribute in technical aspect in the project.
