....NOC manager is worst, had a really bad experience working under his leadership. The thing is under whom leadership your working is most important, here I am for-shadowing about NOC manager who doesn't talk on behalf of this team member to support in case of appraisal or to represent good work about his team, He only knows how to increase his salary. And he doesn't know to manage team.

There is nothing great working here. You can only earn some money working here.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No hikes given as of now. They gave the last hike in 2021. No new projects on hand now. Unneccesarry hiring of staff when there are no projects at hand.
